The last set of options is used to select which types of problems to include when searching through the drive.
The primary purpose for this is to avoid cluttering the Problem List Window with trivial information when you are trying to locate a particular problem.
In the unlikely event that the drive has so many problems that Alert! cannot handle all of them at the same time, this option could be used to look for just one type at a time.
